Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) can be operated by BARRACUDAS
TECH (“DATA RESPONSIBLE”) as the data controller, including all your permanent,
identifiable or identifiable information and private parts, personal parts, personal parts.

3-Method of Collection of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by the DATA CONTROLLER through different channels
and based on different legal reasons. Written documents/forms such as promotional forms,
information forms, contact forms, other documents, candidate application forms and
notifications you make are fully or partially automatic, provided that they are verbal, written
or electronically, or are not automatic as part of any data recording system,
National/international organizations from which we receive support in our business
processes collect data through various methods that can be obtained from outside the

5-Your Rights Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law:

their intended purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the
conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
f) To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) be

personal data exclusively through automatic systems,
g) Requesting compensation for the damage in case of damage due to unlawful

As the relevant person, you must submit your claims in writing to the DATA CONTROLLER
by providing the necessary documents that identify you. In this context, in order to manage
your applications within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law in a
healthy and fast way, you can use the “relevant person information request form”
document under the title of Protection of Personal Data at www.ekolhukuk.com, and
determine the documents/information that may be requested according to your request
and your identity. You must provide the necessary documents in person or by mail.
